We are happy to share our special getaway with you and truly hope you get to enjoy it as much as we do. Our home is in a nice quiet neighborhood, and there are some fantastic restaurants and wineries in the area. Our favorite is Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar.

HOUSE RULES
• Guests may check in after 4PM
• Guests must check out by 12PM unless prior arrangements have been made.
• Quiet hours are after 10PM on weeknights and after 11PM on weekends.
• The home has not been child proofed. Guests who have chosen to book the home with small children are responsible for the safety and wellbeing of their child.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Absolutely NO smoking on the property.
• Absolutely NO parties or large gathering.
• Guests must be 21 or older to book.
• Absolutely NO unregistered guests without prior approval.
• Absolutely NO illegal drugs of any kind.
• No weapons of any kind are allowed.
• Furniture should not be moved or rearranged.
• No fires of any kind are allowed during the stay. This includes use of the fireplace, backyard fire pit or candles.
**Any costs incurred from failure to follow the house rules and/or housekeeping guidelines (provided to booked guests) will be passed on to the guest.
Please be respectful of our home and treat it as your own.
HOUSE KEEPING
Trash Schedule
Trash days are Mondays & Thursdays.
Please tie up your trash bag and place it on the curb before 7am. There is also a trash can on the side of the house for your use.
Garbage Disposal
While the kitchen sink does have a garbage disposal, it is for small pieces of food only. Please put all food scraps, coffee grounds, etc. in the trash.
Windows/Doors/Lights
Please lock all windows and doors and turn off lights when you leave the home.
Cleaning Supplies
Broom, mop, paper towels, and cleaning solutions are in the home. Please use cleaning supplies according to the manufacturer instructions.
**Steps To clean the floors
1. Dry mop or sweep the area to pick up dirt and debris.
2. Lightly Spray floor cleaning solution onto the microfiber mop and wipe down the floors.
DO NOT PUT ANY WATER/CLEANERS DIRECTLY ONTO THE FLOOR (this could cause permanent damage)
3. Replace the cloth as needed. Reusable cloths can be washed in the washing machine between each use.
Spills/Stains/Damage
Any messes should be cleaned up right away to avoid permanent damage.
If anything breaks, spills, or gets stain and you are not able to clean it up please notify the host for assistance.
Toilets
Only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet. All Feminine products, facial wipes, tissues, etc. should be placed in a trash can and NOT flushed down the toilet.
Miscellaneous Amenities
Various items are provided throughout the home for your convenience. We do our best to discard expired/damaged items. However, it is ultimately up to the guest to evaluate whether they wish to use or consume something.
