*This is NOT a party house. No parties of any kind are allowed! We take our relationships with our neighbors seriously. This home is for residential use only. Reservation will be cancelled without refund if complaints/notice of a party are received
*NO SMOKING anywhere inside the property. No marijuana, cigars, cigarettes, nor vaping allowed.
*There is one operational security camera located at the front door, in the form of a Google doorbell which records both visually and audibly. There is also a security camera facing the driveway & street and is actively recording 24/7 during your stay. We take your safety as well as your privacy very seriously

Step inside, and you’ll immediately be drawn to the heart of the home—the main level (3rd floor)—where an inviting living room with a modern electric fireplace sets the stage for cozy evenings. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for any culinary creation, whether you’re whipping up breakfast or preparing a feast for a night in. Gather around the dining table, share stories, and enjoy a meal before stepping out onto the back porch, where a gas grill awaits for the perfect BBQ. Beyond the porch, the backyard oasis beckons with a sparkling pool, a bubbling hot tub, and a cozy fire pit, making it the ultimate outdoor retreat. For movie lovers, an outdoor projector (available upon request) lets you enjoy cinema nights under the stars.
For those seeking endless entertainment, Dome Manor does not disappoint. On the second level, you’ll find the first game room, designed with speakeasy vibes—a pool table, wet bar with a mini fridge, and a half bath make this the perfect spot to sip cocktails and unwind. Just steps away, a TV lounge with a large sectional invites you to sink in and relax. The sectional even converts into a queen sofa bed, providing extra sleeping space for guests who just can’t pull themselves away from the fun.
But the excitement doesn’t stop there. On the fifth level, the Batman-themed game room takes entertainment to a whole new level. This converted garage-turned-ultimate-game-room is packed with fun—an arcade machine, ping pong table, basketball arcade game, axe throwing game, and board games ensure that there’s never a dull moment. Comfy bean bag chairs provide the perfect spot to lounge while cheering on friends, and for those in need of a caffeine boost, a Keurig coffee maker is conveniently available, especially handy for guests staying in the adjacent king-bedroom on this floor.
When it’s time to rest, four thoughtfully designed bedrooms provide a comfortable retreat for every guest. The primary suite on the fourth level offers a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom, creating a private sanctuary to unwind after a long day. This floor also features a queen bedroom, a room with full-size bunk beds, and an additional full bathroom for convenience. Meanwhile, the fifth level houses another king bedroom, tucked away next to the Batman-themed game room, perfect for night owls who want to be close to the action.
One of the most unique features of Dome Manor is its lookout tower/playroom, perched at the very top of the dome (1st level). This cozy hideaway offers lounge chairs and board games, making it a perfect escape for both kids and adults. -Pack n Play and High Chair are located in the primary bedroom closet.
-Vacuum, Broom, Mop, and toilet plungers are located inside the closet in the half bath by the garage game room.
-Ironing board is locate in the first bedroom closet. The Iron is located by the washer and dryer
-Don’t forget there is a bedroom next to the garage game room. It is heat and cool controlled but the garage game room isn’t so please make sure the door to the bedroom and the garage door stay shut. The room has its own cooling and heating portable unit. The remotes are in the room for you to use to control the temp of the room.
Hot Tub Operation:
-Please use extreme caution around children. No one younger than 5 years old should enter the hot tub.
-Open the four locks attached to the hot tub. Then folding the cover once, remove the cover entirely and set the cover aside.
-One button with the blue wind emblem operates the motor. Also, there are 4 circular gray buttons around the spa that open the jets.
-There are 3 control knobs for the jets. Turn the largest one on the same side of the folded cover to the right and half of the jets will turn on. Turn it to the left and all of the jets will turn on.
-There is a lever on top of the black water fountain that once engaged turns on the fountain.
-One button with the heat emblem operates the temperature. Turning it off and on at night will change the color of the light.
-Always put the cover back on when you are done using the hot tub and buckle the four latches.
Fireplace:
To turn on the fireplace in the living room, flip the switch on the slanted wall to the right of the fireplace.
Pull out sofa:
The sectional in the second living area has a queen pull out bed. There are extra linens and pillows in the closet left of the half bath in front of the pool table.
Outside lights / Fire pit / Grill:
-The switch to turn on the string lights over the hot tub and dining table outside, is located outside to the left in a gray box with an on and off switch.
-The grill is set up with a propane tank below the unit. Turn the propane barrel lever to the on position. Then press the fire button on the grill and turn the knobs. Make sure propane is turned off after each use and the grill is fully cooled before putting the cover back on. Make sure the silver tray under the grill is pushed all the way under the grilling unit so not to spill grease on the patio. It is accessible from the back side of the grill. There is a second barrel of propane in the garage closet.
-The fire pit also operates off a propane tank. It is located below the fire pit unit. To get the flame started, turn on the lever on the propane tank, press the ignite button, and turn the knob on the right of the fire pit to obtain a good level of flame. Please be careful as the flame can be high. Make sure propane is turned off after each use and the fire pit is fully cooled before putting the cover back on.
-The grilling tools and the lighter are in the kitchen in the first drawer to the right.
Trash:
-Regular trash should be in the white trash bags and recycling should be in the blue bags. Bags are located under the kitchen sink.
-The trash bins and recycling bin are located on the driveway, to the right of the garage.
-All trash that goes in the black trash bins must be bagged. Please don’t throw unbagged trash in the black bins!
-There is a trash bin, a recycling bin, and a trash compactor located in the kitchen. To open the compactor, step on the bottom ledge of the compactor. Turn the lever to start and let it run. Once done turn the lever to Lock/Off position.
-Our team will handle putting out the trash bins on the curb and bringing them back after trash is picked up. Trash days are Monday and Thursday morning and recycling is picked up on Thursdays.
